请问老师一个为配偶交485的问题，因为我是EB-2的，自己的485几年前已经交上去了，后来结婚之后排期后退，就一直没能给老婆交上485，现在排期刚刚到，在给老婆准备材料，不知道需不需要我现在公司的employment verification letter, 因为在等排期这几年换了几家公司，已经不是之前140 approval上的那家了，到目前这一家的时候也没有file AC-21. 如果附上employment verification letter, 是不是需要在cover letter上说明“use AC-21 portability to move to Company B, and the job responsibilities are similar". 这样写是不是反而容易来RFE?

总结一下，就是希望能咨询老师我们这种情况是不是需要附上我现在公司的employment verification letter, 如果需要的话，要不要写明"use AC-21 portability..."

-Your wife does not need your employment verfication letter (EVL) to file I-485. If you want to provide it, you need to provide it separately for your own I-485 only )don't include this EVL in your wife I-485 filing). Otherwise, you may just wait for USCIS to send you FRE for this EVL.
