She used AP to enter US and got the parolee I-94 (parolee status), and she is still unqualified to apply for the Federal financial aid because her Parolee is less than one year ( I guess).

-Then, go to Canada and come back again using AP and thus she can get one year parolee I-94/status.

That is the reason I want to swith her back from AOS to H4 because we can travel without any problem at H4 with Canadian passport. Do you think it is worth?

-Yes if she does not need to get the financial aid.

By the way, her H4 will be expired at her 21 year old?
