I-130 instruction上讲要30天内拍的护照型照片,但没有说可以不可以染头.父母的头发早就花白,可是想绿卡上面看的精神些,

-No one will see your parents's green card except that you parents use it (this is rare event)

想染成黑发后再拍照片,这样可以吗?
