I called several times and they told me TX center sent them update that they were processing jan cases. So, they even didn't do the service request. I checked the infopass and I can't make an appointment with our local office. I don't what I can do. TX center is cheating. they put 3 month processing time misleading people. I told USCIS to send a message to TX center to correct their processing time. But no one cares.
