急问485体检可以先做么？

我下星期公民宣誓，然后为父母申请AOS. 是否可以这个星期就把体检做完，然后在拿到公民纸后直接邮寄申请文件? 之所以这么急是因为他们的身份很快到期，担心会有多余的麻烦。谢谢。
