今天道听途说, 象我这种情况即使PD CURRENT了也不能交485, 因为要等140 amendment 批准了以后, 原来的PD才可以LINK 上

-Based on my undersatnding, you can file your I-485 even if your I-140 amendment is pending because I-485 filing is just based on whether the PD is current, not based on whether the I-140 is approved. You just need to provide the copy of your old I-140 approval notice and the I-140 amendment receipt with the I-485 filing. But if your I-140 amendment is denied, your I-485 will be denied also. Of course, the posiibility of the I140 amendment dinial is very small. So, talk to your lawyer.

而且还听说这种的140 amendment不能办加急
