母亲尽快回中国去，不黑下来。等到儿子明年一切顺利拿到公民。可以给母亲申请绿卡，（但是母亲那个时候在中国），母亲的绿卡申请回比她人在美国申请时候慢很多。TRUE OR FALSE?
