I-824批准两月无消息，我该怎末办？

我的绿卡去年批准，今年4月我的配偶的I 824批准，看以前的帖子，NVC会和我联系，但是两个月都过去了，毫无音信。我该怎末办？请问那里可以查询？是否请一个律师会快一些：可以去催一催NVC?
