我现在可以提供4，5，6月的pay stubs,如果7月底之前递交H1 transfer是否可行？
谁能给我个官方链接什么的，说明H1 transfer 可以有1个月gap,我好给对方HR的人看，现在我说的话对方也不听啊！执意要重新申请H1，让我回国等签证。我上次回来刚刚被check了4周，更换雇主再被check一次就惨了。。

You just provide the old H1 approval notice and 提供4，5，6月的pay stubs to the new employer to do the h1 transfer. I am confident you will get your H1 transfer approval with the I-94 and thus, you do not need to go outside US to get the h1 visa.
