我H-1B 10月1日生效，那么爱人可以提前几个月签证，拿到签证后必须在多长时间内入镜？

-Any time after September 21 (10 days before your h1 effective date) and before the H4 visa expires.

有什么时间限制吗？

-Can not enter US before September 21.
