最近有谁的父母去北京美国大使馆签证过?

(1) 用什么方式预约?　只能是打电话吗?
(2) 预约要提前几天? 能不能自己要求日子?
(3) 我想回国陪父母一起去签, 会让我进去吗?
(4) 我父母以前被拒过, 所以我想如果我能陪他们签,是不是对他们有利一些?
