我买了７月的机票，想七月中旬回来。但现在正在办理延期手续，估计下礼拜就递交所
有文件。律师说，如果入境时间少于半年，有可能不让入境，让我带着所有申请延期的
文件。
有这么麻烦吗？
-Should be fine. Just bring the H1 extension receipt with you. But if your H1 extension is approved before you return, you need to ask your employer/lawyer to send the H1 approval notice to you to come back so that you can get the I-94 duration to match the h1 extension approval notice.
