姓名有三个字, 姓WANG，再次上传保存的.dat时，First 5 Letter of Surname填什么才对？
-Not have to 5 letters if your family name is less than 5. Double check whether you filled yoru surname correctly in the previous step. Also, the letter for login is case sensitive (capital or small case of the letter).
