-Yes. Just follow the instructions to reschedule the oath as mentioned on the oath notice. You should send the Oath notice (Form N-445) that USCIS sent to you back to the USCIS local office and explain why you can not attend the oath ceremony in a letter. Of course, you also can go to the local office via Infopass to request a reschedule.

After you reuqest reschedule, th eUSCIS local office will send you the new schedule for the oath ceremony.
