的L2两年有效期到今年4月份，没有回去续签,visa已过期。但是延期的I-94到明年4月份。

老公上个月刚被lay off，他的L1到年底有效。我是从今年一月份开始读书的，为了维持身份，现在想转成F1. 我知道好像有三种办法可以转签
1.）回国转签；

1.）回国，或者去墨西哥转签是不是风险很大，如果拒签了，是不是就回不来美国了；
2.）如果我file I-539，是不是不需要那个 SEVIS I-901 fee；
-You need to pay the SEVIS I-901 fee. The school may pay the fee for you and then you pay back to the school. So, contact the Internationa Student Office at your school.

3.）如果F1签下来了，我还能回国探亲吗？
-Yes. But you need to have a valid F1 visa to come back.
