我的I-94是到09/30/2012，是不是原公司revoke了H1b，我还是可以legally stay？

-Yes, but if you filed the H1 transfer after you laid off (have gap), your H1 transfer may be approved without I-94 even if you legally stay and thus, you need to go outside US to get the h1 visa. Because you filed H1 transfer before you are laid off (no gap), your H1 transfer approval will have I-94.
