如果申请人由于出国，户口已注销，不在父母户口本上，怎么办？

-Ask 原籍的派出所开证明 or 由your mother 原单位 or 街道委员会开了一个有公章的证明 to prove the family relationship between you, your mother and your father. Then, go to 公证处 to 公证 this证明. Had better inculde your birthdate, your parents'birth dates, your family living address in China, etc. in the 证明.
