就是不知道如果项目钱还没有到帐，学校肯不肯给出ＤＳ２０１９？如果学校ＩＰＳ同意这样做的话，那就好了。

 

还有我还不太明白这个流程，你说让新学校出DS2019， report to the new school？

-That means tell the Office that you begin to work for the school on what date and ask them to put the information into SEVIS system (you actuay do not need to work until the Department/Advisor ask you to work).
