现有的Reentry permit还没过期(余一年左右), 现在可以申请一份新的(会是两年有效的) Reentry permit 吗?

-You can not apply for the reentry permit (RP) because you currrently have a vaid RP unless you have returned your current RP to USCIS or you can prove that you lost this RP.

 

还是需要等到现有这份过期才能再申请?

-Yes. But if you return your current RP to USCIS with the new RP appication (I-131 filing), you may get the new two-year RP. Call USCIS for more details.

如果只有现有这份, 逾期才可能回来,\

-Your GC will be cancelled in this case.

 有什么补救措施吗?
