H１B 已６年，现雇主已帮办理绿卡，１４０以批，４８５排期未到。 H１B 已延期到２０１４年


1. 如果现在换雇主，H１B transfer 仍可延到２０１４年，对吗?
2. 原雇主会 withdraw the original 140 吗? 如果是， 我是不是就 out of status even I have H1B transfer approved?
3. 新雇主一定要在２０１４ 年前申请绿卡？
