交到芝加哥，但I-797却是由Califorlia Service Center(P.O.Box 3011 Laguna Niguel,CA 92607-0111）发出。

这意味我的case转到了CSC？

-Correct. All the initial petition cases will be forwarded to one of the four service centers (TSC, CSC, VSC, NSC) to process.
