-The green card holder's new born baby outside US does not need any visa to enter US if the baby enters US with the parents first time before he/she truns two years old. The baby will get the permanent resident status (green card) at the port of entry when he/she first time enters US with the parent (GC holder) before he/she turns 2 years.So, just prepare all the documents such as the child birht certificate, child's passport, child's 2 immigration pictures, parents' marriage certificate and other documents of father/mother such as green cards, US bank account statement, tax returns, and any others which prove their tie in US.
