One more question. If I leave for china now, I understand that our university may revoke my green card because I have not stayed in our university over six months after getting my card.
-No one has the right to revoke your green card unless you had cheating during the green card application. No immigration law requires that you have to work for your employer (green card sponsor) for 6 months after you get the GC, and that means you can leave the employer any time after you get the green card.
Does this "revoke" affect our wife's and son's green cards?
-No unless there was cheating during the GC application.
