我的情况是

140已经批准,,485 PENDING PD 07.07,,有EAD到2013年,虽然从来没用过. LD有自己

的H1,没有随我交485.这也是我最担心的,就是在未知的漫长等待期间,LG万一工作不保,

就没法转H4.. 学校建议我先把延期交上去,万一必须回国签,那时我再用EAD...如果

顺利通过的话,还是保持H1.
