-This database is Chinese journal database and I am not sure whether USCIS will accept it or not because it is not popular/famous in the world yet. You may just use it and if USCIS does not accept it, they will send your RFE and then you can just provide another one such as google scholar.
2. 怎样才能把CNKI的整个网页翻译成英文?
-It should have English version. I find one here and I am not sure it is official one:

-Had better print the report out and provide it.
