Need help again, 大漠孤烟

There is no problem for me to find an employor in USA to sponsor my daughter with H1B. Will that help my daughter return to USA? 

Some body (Playdoh2) said that my daughter could try H1 or other dual intention visa types. Will that be a chioce?
