I misunderstood that you changed your job to Company B, and thus I made the above comments. So, just ignore my comments on your 前面的帖子.

因为入关时我的H4是从属于ld A 公司的H1b的。但是从12/23/2010开始，ld的H1B with A 应该自动无效了，所以我的H4也就无效了。我的理解是我本应该随之申请新的H4的。希望我的理解是错的。】

-Your H4 status is fine no matter whether your spouse changed employer or not. You just need to extend your H4 before your current H4 I-94 expires (which you got at the port of entry on 11/25/2010). Of course, if you ind a job, you can change your h4 to H1.
