孩子在国内，回美签证被拒，该怎么办？
孩子在美读大三，二月份回国探望病危的外公。回国前三天递交的回美签证(AP)申请，今天收到AP据信。请问诸位大侠，下一步该如何办？敬候您的答复，不胜感激

-Because your child has filed I-485 (has immigration intent), it is reasonal for the VO to deny his/her F1 visa application.  Also, because he/she left US without AP, technically his/her I-485 is invalid unless his/her status was H4/L2 before he/she left. Also, it is reasonable for USCIS to deny his/her AP application due to his/her leaving during the I-131 pending.

请问诸位大侠，下一步该如何办？

-If your status or your spouse's status is H1 or L1, your child can apply for H4 or L2 visa to come back. Otherwise, probably he/she has to stay in China until you or you spouse to get the green card and then, file I-824 for him/her to apply for immigration visa in China and this may take a long time.
