question about H1 filing fee

I will need renew my H1B for second time, The only fee need be paid is $325 application fee, is it correct?

Can I use my own check to pay the $325? It will be much easier for me if I can write my personal check. I did some research, my previous lawyer requested company check, but I see somebody said personal check is ok. I can not find answer. Please help! Thank you!
