向各位请教入籍的问题：从拿绿卡到现在已到了可以申请入籍的时间，但是这期间在中国有两次呆的时间超过了6个月，我看到的资料有的说入籍申请时交上5年的税表证明在美居住的连续性就可以，但是有的说因为在美国国外超过了6个月的时间，入籍申请时就要重新算时间了。

-Correct unless you proved you can establish to the satisfaction of the attorney general that you did not in fact abandon your green card duirng such period. So, you may discuss with a professional lawyer.

-If you are considered to break your physical presence continuity, you need to recount it again, but only need 4 years to be qualifed for the US citizensh application, not 5 years as original.
