还是有些糊涂：
QUESTION1 ：We tried to interfile my EB1-B I-140 with my hu*****and EB3 485, 我们可不可自己电话或者写信给移民局要求做interfilling? 难道非要请律师或者学校HR打电话或者写信吗？
I called Nebraska center and they told me I could not transfer my I-140 from Texas center to Nebraska center because I am not the petitioner, my school is.
QUESTION 2: could my hu*****and called them and told them to interfile his EB3 to my EB1 B case? Could we transfer his EB3 from Nebraska center to Tsc?
QUESTION 3: My understanding is that we try to take advantage from the priority date of my case EB1 B. That is nothing to do with my petitioner (school). I went to school to ask help and they told me the same thing. For my 485 part, they could not help me and they only can help 140 part. We are so frustrated now because we do not know how to do the next step. Please help to give some advice. Many thanks.
