I can file 485 for my hu*****and and I on Texa center based on my EB1 case. However, my hu*****and has already filed our 485 based on his EB3 cases which is pending due to the retrogression in Nebraska center. We have two choices. One is we can re-file our 485 in Texa based on my case. The second one is that we can interfile my approved I140 to my hu*****and's EB3-485 which we can save 485 filing fee. 

Question 1:  we feel it probably be better to refile 485 in Texa since it won't affect my hu*****and Eb3 case. At least, if something happened to my job, we still have his case as a backup.  If we do the interfile, it will combine to one case.

Question 2: Which way is faster, refile 485 or interfile? Which center is fater to cope with I-485 case?
