我现在为academic的H1B,刚得到一个industry的interview.

1. 是不是我一定只能等到下个年度H1B开始使用（十月一日）才能开始工作（假设新雇主的H1B能顺利批准）？

2. 在新雇主为我递申请之后，而在批准之前这段时间，我还能用现在academia的H1B工作吗》
