当时登机未交I-94 也是因为AP未批，离境8天后AP批准。最近女儿回国可否让她登机时将I-94一同交上？

-No because USCIS may find out that and thus, you may have big trouble (considered as fraud). Also you may not use that AP to return to US because it was approved after you left US. So, you  have to get the H1/H4 or L1/L2 visa to return to US if your status was one of these status before you leaft US.

还是按你说的将I-94寄回？

-Yes if you will stay in China for a long time as I said before.
