这句话的意思是说副申请人要么和主申请人同时申请,要么等主申请人的485 批准以后再递吗?

-No. The dependent can file his/her I-485 concurrently or file it any time after the principal applicant get the I-485 receipt or I-485 approval.

 我现在的情况是公司帮我递４８５，　但是公司不愿意帮配偶递．　这样我们肯定得分开递啊,是不是等主申请人的递上去了就可以递副申请人的485?

-The company just does not want to pay the I-485 filing fee for your spouse. You can pay issue a personal check for your spouse I-485 filing and give your spouse I-485 filing packet/documents to your HR or lawyer to send all your I-485 and your spouse I-485 together to USCIS and I don't see there is a problemn for your employer. If no, just wait for you to get your I-485 filing recipt and then, your spouse can file his/her I-485.

　 Ｇ３２５Ａ的问题，副申请人现在是ＯＰＴ第１０个月，没工作，需要写Employment information吗？　写non-payed volunteer?
