Does it mean I have to go through the whole immigration petition again if I want to bring my parents over in the future?

also, u said that brain cancer is irrelevant to physical exam. Does it mean cancer is not a 'stopshow' as far as physical exam is concerned? i.e. as long as his pulse, blood pressure, and other vital readings are still within 'healthy' range.
