I-864 question

My hubby I-140 was approved and I am preparing for I-485? his case is labor certification EB2, my daughter and I will file I-485 with him together,

(1) does he need to file form I-864 for two of us? Our university SSO officer gave me the check lists including form I-864 for eahc of us.

(2) Do I need to include 3 years of tax return in my 485 package even I dont' need to file form I-864?
