我马上要回美国办reentry permit, My hu*****and is American citizen, and we both are working in Beijing now. Since I got the green card last year in October, I've been outside US, and now it's over 6 months already. I am thinking about doing this myself without a lawyer. Do you have a good sample letter that I can reference as my reason of staying outside US? Also, on the form, it asks my " intent length of trip" shall I say 1 year,even though I will go back to the US by the end of this year?
