回复：求助：用别人护照入境美国，现在要结婚，对以后申请绿卡有没有影响？

一个朋友六年前用别人的护照入境美国，

-Your friend will be considered to enter US illegallly(USCIS will find the truth/fraud if he/she apply for GC) and thus, he/she will never get the green card based on the current immigration law even if he/she marrys a US citizen. I can not see any possibility for your friend to get the GC based on my own knowlegde.

现在想和一个老外结婚，请问：

1.她用自己的护照登记结婚，会不会有什么麻烦？

2.如果结婚后马上申请绿卡，用什么途径申请最好
