前文提过家兄的priority date 在今年初是当前， 现在是退后。那您认为移民局是看年初的cut-off date已经开始processing我们的case了， 还是看本月的cut-off date,

-They always use the latest cut-off date unless you have got the interview notice from the US Consulate.

就是说还没有process 我们的case?  再谢！
