我今天要问的是有关移民局的CUT-OFF DATE.  今年一月份上网查的结果是01JAN02, 家兄的PRIORITY DATE IS11Jul2001, 这就是我们为什么觉得面试快到的原因. 可是昨晚又上网查, CUT-OFF DATE 后退至01JAN00 见LINK http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_5368.html 请问这是为什么?

家兄的儿子今年7月就21岁. 如果网上的CUT-OFF DATE没有错,过了21岁, 他就没资格随父母来美了?

-Depends on how long your I-130 was approved.
