-You need to enter US with a status I-94 such as TN, H1, to file I-485, not just use your Canada passport to enter US using visa waiver program.

还是应该老公四年后为我申请824？

-If you can not get the TN, H1 etc. to enter US, your spouse needs to file I-824 for you to get the immigration visa in Canada.
