谢谢8大师。我是加拿大公民，在加拿大工作，没有美国的任何身份，仅仅拿加拿大护照去过美国。我想等五年后孩子大学毕业再拿美国绿卡。而老公可能一年后就能拿到绿卡。我可以等四年后到美国申请485吗？还是应该老公四年后为我申请824？
