非常感谢8大师百忙中的指教. However, our chrildren will be over 21 years old after they graduate from university. Can they still fill I-485 at that time？（The third choice you mentioned)

我有特殊情况想等几年后拿绿卡（我们都是加拿大公民），如我想作为老公的dependent来申请，可以最迟隔多久申请485或824？有没有时间限制？

在申请485或824时，除了结婚公证，孩子们的出生公证，还要准备其它材料吗？
