请教各位大师：我曾经在06年H1转换H4签证时的错误操作，H4被拒，造成了09.2006-01.2007期间成为非法停留。01.2007月底我重新递了H4申请并于04.2007批准。这期间我于03.2007-04.2007回国，并申请了H4返回美国。这次回美后再无非法停留。请问我那次非法停留的算法对吗？还是从09.2006至03.2007我回国前均为非法？如果是后者，就超过180天了。
-Because you got a new h4 visa to enter US in 4/2007, your previous unlawyful presence record before your last entry was cancelled automatically. So, if you apply for green card, you do not need to provide/report any record or evidence (e.g. I-94, h4 approval notice, etc.) of your presence in US before your last entry (4/2007). You are safe!
