最近打算提交485的相关材料，但遇到一些关于485，G-325A 和i-765表格的问题。衷心感谢大家的帮助！

问题如下：

(A) 关于 I-485 的问题
(1) Should my wife and I submit the documents together or separately?

-Send both in one packet, but separate the docuemnts for each I-485 using a blank color paper.

(2) Can both our documents be put in the same envelop if our documents are separated in two packages?

(3) How much should we pay? Is it $1070 or 2*$1070?

-Two checks, respectivley, for each I-485 filing.

(4) Are the tax forms needed for my wife and me to process I-485 application?
For example, the following documents are recommended

-Not need any tax reutrn or W2 because your I-485s are based on I-140 (EB category).

W-2 forms for Year xxxx
Tax Returns and W-2 forms for Year (xxxx-1)
Tax Returns and W-2 forms for Year (xxxx-2)
If I can't find them, what can I do?

(B) 关于 G-325A, Biographic Information 的问题
(1) Applicant's residence last five years. List present address first
Question: If the address is more than 5, should the second form be used? Or fill it on a separate page?

Question: both Full Name and Address of Employer are wider than the form blank. What can I do? Should this information be wrote on a separate page?
-Use abbreviation or use typerwriter with small font size.

(C) 关于 i-765 的问题
(1) Eligibility under 8 CFR 274a.12 (  ) (  ) (  )
Question: What should I fill? Now I am H1b VISA holder
