-There is not i-245, but do have a 245(i) rule and that means if a person who has a labor certification or visa petition (e.g. I-140, I-130, etc.) filed on their behalf after January 14, 1998, but on or before April 30, 2001, is qualified for adjustment of status to become permanent resident even if he/she has unlawful prsence for > 180 days, but only if this person was physically present in the U.S. on December 21, 2000.

Obviously, your 表嫂 is not qualified for the benefits of 245(i) because she no visa petition before April 30, 2001.
