Question on parent's GC application - please help

My parents just received the 2nd notice for finger print, scheduled mid May. Can we bring the notice to the INS center tomorrow for finger print? What's the next step if the 2nd finger print is not accepted neither? Thanks a lot for your help! Much appreciated.
