她能立即申请re-entry么？

-Yes. She can apply for the re-entry permit (RP) now or soem time later. She can stay in Canada without RP for less than one year continuously and then, return to US to apply for the RP and then, stay in Canada for > one year < two years.

还有别的方法可以两全么？
