YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE UNPAID LEAVE!!!

as long as you are not forced to take unpaid leave by your employer.

THEY HAVE RIGHT TO TAKE PAID LEAVE, WHY DON'T HAVE RIGHT TO TAKE UNPAID LEAVE?!

(i am taking unpaid leave now. I applid for paid leave, however, in my contract, there is no annual leave. Master 8, can I ask for compensation since I don't have the benefit as other US employees. I am under H-1B)
